Kmart Hardlines Merchandiser interview questions

Overall a very average interview and hiring process. One interview with someone from the Human Resources department. Interview was very straightforward with standard behavioral questions dealing mostly with customer service and human interaction.

If you applied online, you completed the pre-assessment and job simulation previously before you were given an offer. However, if you did not do this, they make you do that after the interview (It's easy - just don't answer "I don't know" for anything). You walk in and they ask you general interview questions. They ask you to tell you about yourself, a time you faced a problem, and a time you set a goal. Then, they give you your name tag and agree to take a drug test (which I honestly don't think they look at the results, judging by the employees).
