Kmart Hardlines Merchandiser interview questions

Very easy, and laid back interview style. Seems like if you get called for an interview, you already have the job! Spoke to two different managers and answered various general questions.

Had to apply online. When I showed up, there were 3 people ahead of me. Manager conducted all the interviews in a room with the door open, which seemed really unprofessional. He had me fill out my availability hours first, then basically asked me about my past work experience, told me a little bit about the position and asked why I though I'd be a good fit. He seemed satisfied with all my answers and offered me the position on the spot. I wish all interviews were this easy.
