They looked at me and they decided that I was in shape, so they hired me to move the heavy merchandise around the store. The sears holding company is failing and they will hire anyone willing to work for minimum pay. I honestly wouldn't have taken this job if I wasn't in need of the money. Kmart is not worth your time we are expected to go out of business by 2016.

Took many phone calls and showing up to get an interview. Exstensive for such a low paying job. General questions, team building, what woukd you do under pressure, ect. Be prepared to sell ypuself to them. There are no raises here, unless you get promoted. Even if the rase the rate of pay for your job they do no match your pay, you will be stuck at hiring pay.
