Interview
I waited at customer service and told them I had a interview. I went in a room with a lady and asked my capabilities. Told me the requirements for the job and gave me my paper work to get hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kmart (Elmwood Park, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
Easy, you wait in a room and one of the senior staff members talk to you. Its fairly straight forward. The longest part was waiting to be interviewed. The actually interview only took around 5-10 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kmart (Somerset, KY)
Interview
Hiring process was needlessly extended. The online application took several hours to complete, including time spent re-entering information from uploaded resume, and time taking personality quizzes that do not truly indicate fitness for work, as no one would truthfully answer a negative question (seriously, who says "yes" to "is it okay to steal from work?"). However, the interview itself was lovely, very friendly and open, with plenty of opportunity to inquire about the job, and get a feel for the retail culture and history of the company.
