Kmart Front End Cashier interview questions

I applied online. I was called for an interview a week after I applied. The day after my interview the district hiring manager called and let me know I had the job. I accepted.

After taking a 2 hour quiz to see if my personality and ethical understandings met Kmart's requirements, about 1 week later I met with HR, sat basically in a broom-closet of an office. The interview was quick, lasted about 10-15 minutes. HR said I needed to do a background check and a drug test, they did neither and I still got the job.
