Basic logic test, a pre interview screaming on the phone and then one hour interview. The interview itself was fairly strange and in my view not very professional. First of all of was interviewed by one person for one hour who was the hiring manager so there is no bias control. Second, the interviewer spoke most of the time and hardly asked me any questions that would relate to the role. Giving that I was coming from another field as a project manager I was eager to answer difficult questions but did not get the chance.

At first I had to do an IQ test online, before speaking with an HR person. I then ended up being interviewed for a different position than the one I applied for, in the form of two phone interviews with the hiring manager and a product manager. After one week of not hearing anything I sent them an e-mail asking for a status. I was then notified that I was not the right person for the job. I thought it was a bit odd that I had to ask for the status like this, but maybe I'm just impatient.
