General recruitment pipeline interview on work experience. It took about half an hour and the environment was friendly and casual. It was a web meeting, not a face to face interview.

Interview
I heard some bad things about this company, but I wanted to experience it for myself. My advice is not to apply if you aren't confident enough, because it can damage your self-esteem.
The process started with a "logical reasoning test" and a quick call with a recruiter. They told that they had different openings for the role and that they'd tell me later in the process which one would fit me best.
Then they asked for a supervised logical reasoning test. My friends advised me to not join a company with this low level of trust, but I didn't listed to them and accepted the invite. I found the first test quite easy, so I thought that I'd pass this one as well. They weren't flexible enough to take the test outside of business hours or lunch time, so I had to take it straight after a couple of complicated meetings at work. Obviously that wasn't a good idea... I was feeling tired and having someone watching me on the camera made me very nervous. I got the results on the same day saying that I didn't pass the test and that they would not allow me to apply to any other jobs there for a year.
I got very disappointed. I'm a professional with 10+ years of experience and I wasn't prepared to be rejected without having the opportunity to express myself and discuss my background. I've been recruiting people for different companies and we've never rejected someone only based on the results of a test.
They try you make feel that you aren't smart enough to be in that company. Well... I have a brilliant reputation and I'm highly valued everywhere I go. I guess that there are many other soft skills, experiences and factors that make someone a good employee and those aren't considered in this process. In fact, I have some ex-colleagues working there now, and they are smart people, yes, but low performers difficult to manage.

Interview
Cliche and stereotype interview for a company that places itself creative and disruptive. They want to hear the answers you can find easily on a Google search, not your real thoughts. Very disappointed.
