Applied online and then had to do an IQ-Test (some strange cubes with dots). I was asked to complete the test and then I would get an answer. One day after I only got an automatic reply that the test was unsuccessful.

I did not pass the logic test and was sent an email to that I should apply next year again!! Why would anyone in the Customer Service need an IQ-Test? It deletes the purpose of the HR manager if they base their recruitment based on some strange logic test instead of testing how customer friendly and well-spoken people are on the phone.
