everything went pretty well and people I interacted with are friendly and nice. They are professional but the overall length is a bit too long. Especially the first two rounds IQ test
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Klarna (Barcelona) in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied through Linkedin and I immediately received an automatic email inviting me to take the logic test. I prepared a little bit to know what to expect and I did pretty well. After a few weeks, a recruiter contacted me to schedule a short 30-minute interview. In this interview we talked about my past experience and aspirations for the future and with Klarna. This went really well and the recruiter told me he thought I would be a great addition to the Klarna team. After that, I was scheduled to do the logic test again and an English language assessment test supervised with a different recruiter. This again went well and after a few weeks I got a more formal interview with a hiring manager. This interview focuses more about the Klarna principles and how you apply them in your life and your job. This was a very successful interview as the manager told me she would write a "strong hire recommendation" on my profile. Everything sounded amazing but unfortunately after this I never got any further. I emailed them a couple times to ask for an update or some feedback but they never had an answer for me, they would say I should be hearing back from them soon and not to worry but I never did. At this point it has been 3 months since my last interview and I obviously already accepted another job offer. I think it is very unprofessional to not follow-up with someone's hiring process, specially if you have made it this far and gave the person high hopes. I think they don't have a good hiring structure and everything just seems very chaotic. I was excited for the opportunity and I actually prepared a lot for this, I am just bummed I never really got an answer from them.

Question 1
Much emphasis on their 5 principles, you have to know them by heart and overall I think they are looking for exctied and motivated people to work for them.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Klarna in Sep 2021
Interview
Lengthy and slow process, HR contacts in USA but management in EU, very difficult to coordinate and communicate. Logic test + 4 interviews ( you’ll need to learn their values). Completed the process and never heard of them again. Everyone was very nice but I still think it is a very disrespectful process when they make you waste your time.
