I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2021
Interview
Long process, two days shy of a month with multiple interviews. First interview was an informal phone call, then a logistics test, and then a set of three virtual interviews. It was never clear which position was being offered until the very end. I have no issues with the long process but I did have issues with how they handled the process of not offering the job. I was supposed to hear back within one-two days after my last interview. It took five days, one email, and two phone calls to be told I wasn’t offered a position, and in my opinion, it was unprofessional. If someone isn’t offered a position, they should be informed as soon as possible so they can look for another job.

Question 1
Can you talk about a time where you had a difficult client and how was that resolved?
I applied online. I interviewed at Klarna (Estocolmo, ) in Dec 2020
Interview
Had to do a pattern recognition test. I declined taking the test because it's fake science to judge people like that. Companies should look at individual strengths and not some stupid test result, I truly hope this isn't going to be the norm in the future. Absolutely ridiculous.
It was sometime last month. I applied for an English speaking customer service role. I got a mail that they had received my application. Then after a short time , I got a link to an assessment test. I took it but I didn't get called back. i was disappointed cos I let the test was easy.
