Keller Williams interview questions

1. Phone screening - Supervisor asked a few questions to gage my experience level and personality 2. In person interview (1/2 an hour) - Formal interview; Did not meet team leader until first day 3. Calling references - Called both my references and asked them brief questions including how did they know me, what are my strengths and areas of improvement 4. Hiring - Same week as interview

Reached out directly to the hiring manager and asked for a time to have a call. Hiring manager responded quickly and we had an hour phone conversation, followed by a personality assessment which included a perception test, grouping "like" words, and filling in the blanks. I was later called in for an interview at the office. Interview was lengthy and was asked literally 100 questions.
