I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Melbourne, FL) in Sep 2015
Interview
Ridiculously long-three months
Had me give 10 references as part of the "process" and never contacted a single person! After three months of personality quizzes, phone and skype and in person interviews, it felt like a horse and pony show - completely irresponsible and unprofessional to waste someone's time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Had me physically draw a timeline of my life on a wipe board and seemed to harp on one question- "what gets you upset or angers you?" So strange- but here's the answer- your lack of professionalism when handling candidates
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Tallahassee, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Introduction and questions relating licensing activation and career goals, were very friendly and supportive to the process, asked about previous interactions with licensees and real estate market. Sat down with recruiter in an office environment and went over the details of employment.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keller Williams in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview process was very low pressure and actually pleasant. The people in the office were all very kind and welcoming. Most of the interview process was a tutorial on the Keller Williams philosophy and business model (all of which was interesting and seemed to make for a nice work environment).
