Called and made appointment with Team Leader. Learned a bit about their benefits, no questions about me. You are interviewing them. However, do be sure to ask the questions that are important to you, even if you have to interrupt in order to do so. Most brokerages are really selling themselves, so it is up to you to get the information you need and toss the rest.

One on one meeting with the team leader. Interviewing with any real estate company is more agents interviewing the company as they pay to work there. As a new agent be sure you understand the total cost involved to work at the company. Each company has different fees as well as what is included in such fees.

Interview
You sit down and talk about why you want to be a real estate agent. You get a tour of the building, talk with the broker who explains how the comission and profit sharing work and you decide if you're interested. They'll take everyone.
