I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Waco, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was very laid back. Team leader wanted to know why I wanted to become a realtor, what I saw as my strengths and weaknesses, what questions I had about the company, what my personal finance goals were.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Clearwater, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was lengthy, the first interview was a conversation and then a timed exercise to create ads in word and powerpoint on their laptop.Second interview was an in depth analysis of the assessment results. I scored very well, had a great interview, and made all kinds of promises only to see a new ad go up and never hear from them again. Seemed disorganized.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Keller Williams (New York, NY) in Jul 2014
Interview
Very long process. Was called Recruit Select. I now understand and appreciate the process but going through it was excruciating if you're not a patient person. Key to the success of the company.
