Every individual I encountered throughout the interview stages exuded warmth and hospitality. Their genuine interest in me and my work was palpable, fostering a positive atmosphere throughout. It was a genuinely pleasant experience
The process entails three main stages:
Recruiter Phone Call: This initial step involves a conversation with a recruiter. It's a casual discussion covering your background, the position's requirements, and mutual expectations.
Manager Interview: Following the recruiter call, you'll have a half-hour video call with the hiring manager. They'll introduce themselves, the company, and the role. You'll then present your background and discuss your CV. The conversation delves into relevant experiences, past projects, behavioural inquiries, motivation, and some light technical questions.
Work/Test Presentation: The final stage involves a practical assessment. You'll be given a dataset and tasked with performing statistical analysis. Subsequently, you'll present your findings. This step provides an opportunity to showcase your skills and how you approach problem-solving.
