I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had to select my interview slot online, the system kept giving me errors. The first stage was a face to face, panel interview. I had to prepare a presentation on 'A learning solution I had personally designed that showcased my creativity and innovation, met business needs and proved return on investment/expectation.' The interview application was not an easy one. Moreover, they didn't have any connection to the main/network or plasma screen for the presentation. They were concerned about filling in a document and checking boxes rather than really getting to know the person. If a candidate has expressed an interest in the company, took the time to apply online (which is not a one-click-apply process) and attended a panel interview, the least they would expect is some "specific" feedback. They provided a lame - "We're sorry to tell you that we will not be taking your application further on this occasion." via email. Also, one of the interviewers who had been with the company for a longer time came across as fake, arrogant and condecending which was totally unwarranted.

Question 1
Standard experience based questions, competency based questions and personality screening questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners in Jan 2016
Interview
Firstly, I filled out some Online tests, quite standard - nothing too out of the ordinary. I then filled out an Application form and afterwards completed an Online Video interview - again nothing out of the ordinary, but can get a bit awkward. Finally, I was invited to Assessment centre
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Bristol, Inglaterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
The online application included two tests, written questions and check box answers. I was invited to an assessment centre the following week which involved a one to one interview and a group assessment where we had to identify the most suitable product for the assessor based on his specifications. Overall the process was very quick and relatively un-stressful.
