Online first, enter CV answer standard questions then three online test, Information accuracy (scan text for the right data and then multiple choice). Numerical reasoning test (40 minutes maths test, ratios, percentages multiplication & division) then Situational awareness test (what would you do in this situation... etc) On passing invited to interview one on one, casual chat, brief exercise. Very friendly, don't get complacent though!.
