I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2012
Interview
It was a group scenario, we were each given a random product and were told to "sell it" to the group of people. This is a terrible interview type as the louder people will obviously perform better in these situations. Whereas quiet people such as myself stand no chance. Luckily I got a sales role elsewhere where I am the top performing sales person.

Interview
The interview process is split into two parts. A group assessment where you need to try and get your points across to indicate confidence in your own opinion. The next part is a one to one interview that last roughly 30 minutes. During this part of the interview process it is important to shows how you embody the values of John Lewis through different scenarios where you display them.
