Interview
I had two 30 minute phone interviews about a week apart and then an on-site interview for two hours a few weeks later, where I met with 4 different people for 30 minutes each. Questions ranged in difficulty and several were mini case studies. One of the 4 interviews on-site was with someone from HR, which was quite different and helpful.

Interview
The interview process has improved since last year. They did away with the 45 min assessment you had to take, and replaced it with a virtual interview. You still have to make it through 3 face to face interviews after that, but i thought all the questions they asked were applicable and they encourage you to ask questions. You are offered a bottled water while you wait and everyone is very polite and you get that "laid back" vibe.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Jet (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2016
Interview
It consisted of three interviews. The second one with the WFM leadership consisted of three brain teaser questions. You meet with a recruiter who discusses some of your skills and help prepare you for the next level. You then meet with the hiring manager, who asks several questions about experience, and then a series of brain teaser. The last interview is more of a get to know you with a senior leader. The recruiting process after the offer was horrible. I got the verbal offer and then the recruiter fell off the face of the earth. I ended reaching out to a friend who worked for jet to get contact info for another recruiter do i could get things going on my back ground check.
