I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Swedesboro, NJ) in Jul 2016
Interview
First interview was a phone screen with HR. This was very casual and laid back. The HR person was wonderful. Very friendly and gave you a welcoming impression.
The next step is a math test. You must score at least 4 questions correct. The math problems are time consuming so don't expect to finish. Make sure you get the answer right because wrong answers impact you negatively.
After that is a phone interview with the director.
He wanted to know your experience and asked pretty standard info. Still very informal and laid back approach. If you pass this round you will be selected to travel to the fulfillment center. All expenses were paid by Jet. The office is awesome! Great environment. The wayrehouse is what you would expect. Here you take a tour and meet with 4 people. Next you will have a final interview on the phone with the VP. This was the most traditional format of interview style. Lots of questions but most are what you would expect.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Jet
Interview
Six 45 minute video interviews, typically one week apart, covering basic tech background and some coding challenges. Then one final in person chat. Hirevue software was somewhat flaky, making for some frustrating cut-outs. Interviewers were invariably interesting and engaged though, causing the process to double as a sort of 'meet the team' experience.

- Recruiter Email Contact
- Two Phone Interviews with the second one involving an analytics assessment. The assessment will be provided prior to the second phone call.

Overall the experience was straight forward and prompt. The team was well prepared and avoided redundant questions. Everyone was really smart, interested and genuinely friendly.
