I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight froward. Jet's human resources department/talent team was very responsive to emails and questions and got back to me very quickly following my each one of my interviews. The interview consisted of a phone interview, directly followed by a timed (20 min) 30 question math test (SAT/GRE level). Following the math test, assuming I did somewhat well, I was asked to come in for an in-person/on-site visit/interview, where I met the talent coordinator, the hire manager, and director of the Tac Ops department. I was later contacted to come in to visit the Vice President of Operations on a separate day, where I requested that I meet via Skype rather than an in-person meeting, which they were more than happy to coordinate. Approximately 2-3 weeks later I heard back from Jet with an offer that I accepted.

Question 1
Give me an example of a process in your life (professional or personal) that you find to be inefficient and what would you do to make that process more efficient?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Jersey City, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Applied directly through my university career site. Got my resume shortlisted and then scheduled a video interview which was done by 3rd party site called karat. The interview went really good. He went through my resume and asked me which was my most challenging project. After that, gave me a coding problem. I solved it in fair amount of time. He asked me time complexity and space complexity of my solution. I told him all the correct solutions. After that he told me there is more than 10 mins left so he gave me a more challenging problem. As I was doing it and was almost done with it, he told me the time is finished and then he went through my code. Told me I was on the right path. I was more than satisfied and really though I would get a call for on site interview. Instead got a rejection after 18 hours through email. Really disappointed.
