Jet interview questions

Very organized and easy for the candidate. All travel and interview information was sent well in advance to allow for ample preparation. The hiring team quickly responded to all of my requests in order to find the best day/time and travel accommodations to fit my schedule. The interview was thorough with four rounds, but didn't include silly questions that were irrelevant to being able to do the job, nor did they require passing a "bar raiser." I met with the actual people I now work with, and they asked questions about my experience and provided detail about the job and their management styles. The basic philosophy here is "don't hire jerks." The interview process illuminated the great people and great work happening at Jet.

The hiring process was very transparent and took about 2-3 weeks to complete. HR first screened via the phone, I then interviewed with 2 individuals from the Retail team over video conference, and lastly visited HQ for the final round interviews in-person.
