I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
The process moved quickly, was organized and was positive from start to finish. From the beginning speaking with the recruiter, to coming on-site for an interview, the process was clear, timely and there was always a point of contact for question asking. The in-person interview is a marathon process, around a few hours long.

Question 1
How do you calculate net profit margin on a specific product?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jet in Mar 2017
Interview
I think they have changed the interview process now to include more on-site interviews and a gaming assessment before you begin the process... but for me, I did two WebEx (like Skype) interviews with Jet employees where I was asked to look at a product page (like a pack of batteries) and asked how to improve the page for customers.
If the WebX application is still used, it is important to know to call in with your phone for the audio and use your computer for the video only!
A week later, I was flown out to Hoboken and had 2 in-person interviews for 1 hour each. One was all behavioral questions, and one was more about strategy of business and ecommerce.
Everyone I met was great!! Very well educated, accomplished, articulate and fun to be around.

Question 1
What impact did you leave on your college community?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jun 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter soon after graduating from undergrad, and he set up a call to describe the position to me. After letting him know I was interested, I participated in an hour long assessment through an iPhone app that was actually really cool! It had me do brain teasers and puzzles. Following that assessment, I was invited to interview at the Hoboken office where I met with three separate employees. I was called about a week later and offered the position.
