I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
Jet came to a career fair at my university, I applied through the school portal and got an interview. I had two interviews, mostly behavioral, one was with a manager and the other was a newly hired analyst. They basically just grilled me on my resume and past experiences and my interest in e-commerce. I got invited to the headquarters in Hoboken, they paid for my flight and hotel stay which was great but I had no idea when I was traveling until the day before and despite knowing what time I got into Hoboken, they arranged my interview to be extremely early the next morning. At Hoboken, I had 2 45 minute interviews. The first one was really nice, I got along well with my interviewer and she was really sweet. The second one was horrible. My interviewer was very arrogant, it was semi-case based but he basically gave me no information to work with, just 5 random numbers. He was not encouraging at all and every time I gave an answer, he would repeat what I said in a very condescending manner. The worst part about this whole process however is the HR team. They said we would hear back by the next week and I got no response from them. I spoke to the other interviewees and they said they reached out to the HR and were basically given a response saying they were still deciding. A month went by, no response, finally after I reached out again, they said that they went with someone else but honestly if they knew that before why didn't they just say it before rather than dragging the whole process for so long. Very unprofessional, spare a thought for the interviewee who is waiting for your response, very inconsiderate. The funny thing is, a recruiter contacted me about the exact same position a week ago. Not going through all that again for sure.

Interview
1) Phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter was very eager & excited about the company & its mission. Her enthusiasm about Jet & the opportunities to excel there were infectious!
2) Online Assessment- a fun game! However, it was unclear what the game tested for or analyzed. Still don't quite understand what the game's purpose was?
3) Three 45 min In Person Interviews at the HQ followed by a Tour
