I applied online. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied online through Jet.com's Career Portal. I was contacted for a phone interview by a recruiter about 3 weeks later. After the first recruiter phone interview, I had a second phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a on-site, where I met with the rest of the team. I was kept updated about next steps throughout the process (with a very fast turnaround time) and it took about two weeks to go from the initial screen to an offer.
This was one of the best interview experiences I've had - all of my interviewers asked thoughtful questions as well as kept the interviews fun and informative, which ensured a good fit for both parties!

Interview
Spent half a day, interviewed with 4 people, generally pleasant conversations. Unfortunately, I never heard anything after the interview, and they never got back to me when I inquired about the position.

Interview
I was first contacted via LinkedIn and then had a phone call (more like a resume walk-through) with a recruiter. Then played an online game that tests different psychometric abilities. After that, came in for a "superday" in the Hoboken office - quick office tour followed by three 45-min interviews (mini case study, UX study, and behavioral). All in all an enjoyable process, the only "negative" was that none of my interviewers were category specialists so I couldn't get concrete answers about the role I was interviewing for specifically.
