I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Kansas City, MO) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward, They asked why I was interested in the company and wanted to know what back ground I had in the It field and my qualifications. I did not get the job but it was a good experience
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet
Interview
The HR staff was incredibly disorganized, dishonest and unreliable. It's unbelievable that Jet is able to recruit any decent talent with this HR staff. Completely unprofessional. They missed several calls we had set up, proposed follow up meetings and never followed up - the list goes on. I would be mortified if I were an executive at this company with this caliber staff running my recruiting organization! The compensation is also not competitive.
