I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Dec 2017
Interview
My first contact came when I was asked to download a third-party application and take a psychometric evaluation in the form of a mobile game involving pattern recognition, memory, and reaction time. After some time, I didn't hear back from HR and after asking a friend at Jet to check on the status of my application, was called in for an on-site interview, although it was not specified whether this was to be last-round or not. Once on site, I interviewed for 30 minutes with each of three current Jet employees employed in the role, in the managerial role, and one role above manager.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Feb 2017
Interview
Two video interviews, then in person interviews (2 for 45 minutes each).
Behavioral and a few technical questions with numbers. All interviewers were very smart and informative. Final round was at headquarters in Hoboken.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Nov 2017
Interview
The process involved 2 Phone Screens : With Recruiter & Hiring Manager, followed by onsite interview. I interviewed onsite 4 months ago, the process went fairly well. However, the most negative thing about this is that I never heard back from them. I followed up couple of times since then, and received no response to those follow-up emails as well. This is extremely unprofessional from a company which claims that they care about the employees and is transparent in their processes.
