I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Reno, NV) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Recruiter called and seemed disorganized. When she asked questions I would answer them and then she would ask me the same question just in different wording. I asked about the challenges in the FC and what's the senior team like and she said she didn't know. I also asked her what does she think will be the biggest challenge transitioning from Amazon operations to Jet. When I asked that she said "I don't know, I've never worked at Amazon." She said in such a 'how should I know/who cares' type way and seemed offended by me asking and comparing/contrasting role responsibilities of the two companies. She definitely has pride for working at Jet. I never received word on whether I was not chosen, although she did look at my LinkedIn profile 2 days after the interview. I checked the website and the position is no longer listed.

Interview
It started with a phone interview. He seemed interested, but if you don't have a 3.4 minimum GPA they most likely won't proceed with the interviewing process. I was ghosted after the interview.

Interview
The folks i spoke with the entire way were amazing. They really left the impression that they were actually listening. First round was a 30 min phone screen with a people recruiter. General talk about what Jet is like and why people love it. Second round was a phone screen with a technical recruiter, i listed the things I’ve done in my career and how they were impactful. Third and fourth phone calls were with people on the team. It was great to talk to them and they were asking fair but very (intentionally) open ended questions. Some regarding how protocols work. Some asking questions about escalating privilege on a Windows domain. Both of which were very fun. I got the approval to come onsite for a 6 person interview. That was cool, questions ranged from talking about python lists vs sets and hypothetical tabletop scenarios.
I left feeling pretty confident. The next day I talked to the technical recruiter who said they were happy with my performance and was told I was going to have an offer by the middle of the following week. One check in call at the end of that week to find that the snow storm that happened that week shifted everything. Fair enough. No response the week after and the week after that. I emailed back and no response. Waited a couple weeks and checked back and no response.
I chalked this one up as either they had headcount one day and lost that count for various reasons. I would have been ok with that but a little closure would have gone a long way.
The company seemed pretty amazing they had a living culture that was very impressive. Too bad this didn’t work out. (For whatever reason that was)
