I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Jun 2018
Interview
First round is a 15-20 min phone call with a few questions about yourself, why you want the job, and why you want to work in retail. Second round is a decision making game on your phone, probably to see how you think. Third round is 3 in person interviews 30 minutes each. Fairly laid back and conversational. Some industry specific and company specific questions.

Question 1
If you saw the CEO in the lobby, what would you tell him about your business?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Jersey City, NJ) in Jun 2018
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter via email. Applied online. About a week later was contacted for a phone interview -- standard interview (describe your background, why JET, description of the position). They do ask your GPA right off the bat and are looking for candidates with GPA greater than a 3.4 so just be aware of that.
I was sent a personality game assessment 2 days later.
2 days after that I was contacted by a JET HR person and was told they wanted to fly me out to Hoboken to interview in person. They paid for my flight from Los Angeles to NJ and paid for a 1-night's hotel stay.
The in-person interview was segmented into 3 parts: behavioral, case study, technical. The other reviews detail exactly the questions I was asked (UX/UI Battery Review, Price War).

Question 1
* Men's shoulder bag is sold on Amazon for $10 and in Walmart stores for $5. How should we price this on Walmart.com? Same product. Same company costs. The goal is to "make money”.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ)
Interview
Started off by completing an in app video game assessment. Emailed to Interview in Hoboken, NJ. The interview consisted of 3 1-on-1 interviews in Hoboken, NJ. The first interview was business professional, mainly discussing my background and why Jet? The 2nd interview was completely unprofessional with said interviewer actually cussing during the interview while making an inappropriate and crude joke (trying to come off as “cool”). Followed by a case study on batteries and how to properly manage the subcategories and selection criteria of various brands and styles of batteries. The final 1-on-1 interview consisted of a rather ambiguous question on the pricing of a tv stand. The only interviewer that seemed to care about being there was the first one. I could tell based off body language, attitude, and wait time. A total of 3 30-minute interviews also was rather uncomfortable as each interviewee of course came with different personalities, perspectives, and judgements as senior and newer employees.
