There wasnt any. We were brung in as a group. Just had to pass drug test and backround test. Every shift was explained and pay differs 50 cent for each shift. We all got hired and started within the next week

Phone call with an engineer, then onsite with 4 Engineers, I think they are looking for cheap engineers, so even if you answered all there questions you can not get an offer, the quality of engineers in the company is not like in big companies
