Jet interview questions

I attended two career fairs, completed a HireVue and then had two onsite interviews. I had phone screens with Talent Acquisition and interviewed with upper management and HR.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I flew in from out of state for that interview . Jet didn't reimburse me my travelling expense (meals + local transport), despite having mentioned to the contrary in their email. They just didn't respond to my follow-up emails. Also, my expenses were nominal and I hadn't claimed anything outrageous. I found this a bit odd for an established company. Please be cognizant of this while travelling for onsite round. REVIEW: The interview process was regular, just like any other tech company. The first telephonic round was outsourced to Karat, who asked a mid-level question. You need to write a working solution to pass that. The onsite interviews were ok. Standard coding + design questions. There was one round specific to functional programming. They had advised that knowledge of FP wasn't needed which I felt a bit misleading. They expect you to answer those FP questions and one can't just discover a different paradigm in the middle of an interview, out of the blue. Otherwise, there was nothing irregular about the interviews. My prep wasn't up to mark but a good software engineer should be able to make it.
