I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process started with one interview with the GM of the category and then he decided that I would make it to the next round. Then I had 4 thirty minute interviews with people from different teams at Jet. These interviews covered who I was, what I wanted to do, what kind of goals I had, and making sure that I would fit in with the team. It was very easy to interview and everyone was extremely appreciative.

Interview
It was quite strange. I was very attracted to the stated values of the company, but didn't see that being played out within recruiting. I had a couple of great conversations via phone with some team members and I completed the skills test. I was then asked about my availability to come on site the following week for interviews. However, the next day, I was told I wasn't a fit for the role. Confused, I asked the recruiter for specific feedback and didn't get anything more than other people were a better fit.

Interview
Passing the screening interview was easy. Hiring manager didn't ask me one question about my history, skills or anything about my working knowledge. Asked me questions as if I already worked there like how the company runs.
