I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
In order to interview with Jet you must have several phone interviews with various HR and category leaders. If the company is interested in you then you must go to the headquarters in Hoboken and plan to spend a day (which means you must take the day off if you are employed). The day I went to interview I was set up with about 7 people. The list of the initial people that I was to meet with was sent to me previously but during the course of the day some of the people I was to meet with were either not there or could not interview and other people were thrown in to take their place. It was very disorganized and seemed a bit chaotic. One of the people I interviewed with was a key manager of the company and had absolutely no social or communication skills whatsoever which was very uncomfortable. I immediately sent out hand written notes that night to ALL of the people I interviewed with and the notes had not even been received yet and I received a brief and short email that I was no longer being considered for the role. I sent a thank you to the email as well as a note on any insight that could be given to me to better perform in interviews in the future. NOTHING...crickets....I found the company vibe to be very entitled and let's face it....they are Walmart now.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the basic interview questions that you would imagine-experiences, how you would solve a problem, what you thought of the site (careful here as I was honest with my evaluation and offered solutions).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Oct 2016
Interview
Took a little long (over a month) from beginning to end but every step of the process was great. HR kept me informed of what was coming and was responsive when I asked how to best prepare.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume, analytical experience, dealing with ambiguity, being a self starter, specific vendor challenges, spirit animal (Jet is a fun and down to earth company, even during the interview process)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Jet (Hoboken, NJ) in Sep 2016
Interview
The process took 2 months from initial conversation to offer acceptance. HR was very communicative about next steps and when I would hear back from them which was great. I had two phone interviews and in person interviews with 5 different people. This gave me a better understanding of all the moving parts within the company and whether or not the company was a fit for me.
