Good, takes alot get through the online part for application, but interviewer was direct manager instead of HR giving you a chance to really talk about quality of work place vs stories.
2 rounds of interviews, 1 with a Jacobs' manager and 1 with the end customer. Smooth process but a bit slow in arranging them with long spans between each other.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Expect all the usual questions for the role, with emphasis on your personal approach to the discipline. It is going to be a complete long discussion and use all the material you can get to prepare in advance. Sad I did not receive an offer as they went with another candidate.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was surprisingly easy, albeit a bit drawn out. From my initial phone conversation to getting the offer letter was a little over a month. Pretty standard interview questions. They mostly seemed focused on what I'd like to be doing and not so much about my experience. There was of course some questions about my experience but less than an average interview. I met with them a couple times and they showed me around the office and told be about the types of projects they work and what they would like to start me on.
