Went through 2 rounds, one online, one in person. Basic questions for an interview, why Jacob’s, why this position, no case study. Overall easy process, heard back within days from each stage.
Straight forward interview via teams. Most of the Vetting had been done via CV and so the interview was more of an informal discussion. Post interview the process was slow and I had to chase for a response even although I was ultimately offered the role.
Went into an interview for the Perth office, all was well and they seemed genuinely interested. Got a call two weeks later by the geotechnical head of the office with good and bad news. Good news is that they were still keen and he would call me in a month to lock it in (plto twist this didn't happen) however the bad news is that the project that they wanted me to work on has been delayed. This was a bit too hopeful and shortsighted. Got an email the day after by HR saying my job application had been unsuccessful. Extremely unprofessional and would not even consider this place if applying for other jobs.
