Short 15 minute phone interview by company's talent recruiter. Following a few days later I had a 40 minute Zoom interview with the hiring Manager for the position. Interview questions cover many topics.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in May 2021
Interview
I have been through the interview process from both sides, as a candidate and as a hiring manager, and my experience with Intuitive was best in class. The Executive Recruiter, Ken Krings, did a nice job outlining the role in our initial conversation, which captured my attention. From there he orchestrated a smooth process with the Intuitive team. Ken kept me informed throughout the process and was responsive to my inquiries. As the process progressed, he shared highlights of Intuitive’s culture, which helped me become excited about the opportunity.

Question 1
Questions were initially directed at more technical subject matter most relevant to the role. From there the focus evolved to culture-oriented questions on being part of and leading teams. I could get a pretty strong sense of what the interviewers valued and that was a positive in itself.

2-3 Phone interviews then face to faces. I did not expect to get hit with them bashing me or my resume right from the start but that’s their style. Good luck!
