Intuitive interview questions

Phone screen followed by a lengthily interview process. The phone screen was done by an HR rep, not the hiring manager. Did not complete the interview process because I did not want to proceed based on the location.

Very disorganized and unprofessional. Recruiter reached out via email to establish a time to discuss my background, but never followed up when I confirmed my availability. The recruiters action, or lack thereof, reflects badly on the company. Ghosting an applicant is unprofessional.
