Intuitive interview questions

Standard process. Felt more like a discussion as opposed to an interview. The team was very smart and asked practical questions. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and clarify my role. Overall a good experience.

I had around 4-5 interviews with different people. The interviews covered a variety of topics but mostly focused on culture fit and my own experience. The company favored candidates with somewhat different experience in a particular domain. Unfortunately, this was communicated only hours before the final interview, so it was confusing to receive a hiring decision before the final interview took place.
