Intuitive interview questions

I initially had a phone screen interview where I talked about my resume experiences and was given more details about the job. After passing that, I was asked to come in for a half day of interviews. I interviewed for 4 hours, with 8 people. I had a pair of people interviewing me for an hour each. Because I had previously interned at the company, most of the questions were technical and related to how I would design certain instruments or break down current designs and guess what mechanisms were used.

Had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Went over the job requirements and day to day duties, and my reason for wanting to leave my current job. Then had a one on one interview with the manager and two engineers. Quizzed me on the job requirements, etc. Gave back
