5 interviews One field ride One lunch They had one hesitation because I got nervous during one of the interview and it was around my ability to answer questions one the fly (for the actual job ) , so they decided to add a mock interview , I did that and followed up and never heard back

Very informative and they really care about the candidate's understanding of the position. The manager understands that you are being interviewed, but so are they to make sure it's a good match and fit for both parties.
