Initial communication with the company consisted of an HR screen, where I was asked to provide more information on my background and my interests, including why Intuitive. The conversation was relaxed, and was clearly meant to weed out unacceptable candidates prior to bringing them in for formal interviews.
The actual interviews were held on one day, with four different individuals in progressing seniority. The first conversation was with another HR manager, the second with the potential manager, the third with the Director of Marketing, and the final with the VP of Marketing. All interviews were of a behavioral type and were meant to gain a greater understanding of fit and experience with the position and company.
The company is fast growing, and is looking for individuals who can wear multiple hats, including in areas that may not be where their primary interest lies (i.e., disease applications that may not be your first choice).
