Intuitive Director interview questions

Extremely positive interview process for Director-level role. Hiring manager and recruiting team were extremely approachable, responsive and transparent throughout, and the interviews were pitched at an appropriate level of rigor in terms of number of interviews, questions and style. I was super impressed with the clear commitment to values, culture and diversity too.

I recently landed a job in this company. So my review will be focusing on the interview and recruitment process. I was impressed by the very efficient process the HR staff arranged. Right after the phone screen, the hiring manager called in 30 min, then an onsite was arranged right after that. They even haven't received my full CV, though my LinkedIn profile is quite comprehensive. The HR person was also very effective during the interview process. I am working in a very focused area required quite high level of expertise. I am very surprised that the HR person hit most, if not all, the critical points in my field during the phone screening. This actually was the first time I experienced that a recruiter not specialized in my area can do the phone screening at this level. During the offer negotiation phase, the work from Intuitive HR also was very effective. Company news and emails were shared to me; additional face to face meeting was set up to facilitate the process... A lot of practical, effective work was done in a very efficient way. Again, two words to summarize the HR work: efficient and effective. Very impressive!!
