The interview process at Intuitive for my role took about 9 rounds overall which included 1-1 as well as panel rounds. Throughout the process the key thing that stood out to me was the support I had from my recruiter - Nancy Tumacder. Nancy not only helped coordinate the entire process between timezone perfectly but she provided helpful feedback throughout the process including areas I was interviewing well in and those that I needed to demonstrate further through examples. I found this transparent and regular sharing of feedback to be pleasantly different from other companies. Not only was feedback being shared with me, but I was also asked to share feedback throughout the process. It gave me a sense that people at Intuitive are committed to improving their internal processes in addition to helping candidates feel at ease and interview well. Throughout the 9 rounds, everyone I spoke to was absolutely wonderful - humble, committed to the mission and keen to know more about my experience and how I would fit in. In my final rounds I spoke to my hiring manager once again as well as her manager and was amazed at the questions asked. They were simple yet forced me to go deep into my thought process and understand the why behind several decisions through my career. There was a great emphasis on questions around teaming and building the right team given the role I was interviewing for. I really appreciated and enjoyed the interview process with Intuitive.

I had a great interview experience for a senior position with intuitive. My primary point of contact was Ken, the executive head-hunter, at intuitive who displayed exemplary professionalism and was always on the ball with scheduling interviews across different time-zones, letting me know interviewer feedback and promptly answering my queries through the interview process. Ken is an excellent representative of the intuitive culture of shared purpose, drive and humility- all values that strongly resonate with me. My interviews were well structured, and it was a great pleasure to interview with the remarkable team at intuitive. My belief that intuitive is indeed the right step for the next phase of my career was reaffirmed as the interviews progressed. I am really looking forward to joining the excellent team at intuitive next month.
