Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Met with recruiter for brief on campus interview, had next interview in office and was asked for lunch interview. Entire process was very conversational and comfortable, the employees were all young and outgoing. Seemed very positive overall

I initially was contacted by a recruiter who spoke to me on the phone about the position/where I was interested in working and very basic questions where she told me she would set up an interview in the office I was applying. I went to the first office visit, met with 2 account managers who asked me behavioral questions about my resume, past work experience and what motivates me. I was then called by the recruiter again who told me I was offered a lunch interview. The lunch interview was very conversational, they want to see that you can drive conversation and sell yourself. Then we went back to the office where every person working stopped what they were doing and got up to shake my hand, felt very comfortable and seemed like a great work environment.
