I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Houston, TX)
Interview
Had a phone interview with the corporate recruiter. I passed that round and he set me up for an in office interview. I met an Account Manager and the Director. They didn't really ask me questions, just told me about their company. I forgot what I asked them but they seemed to like my questions...that took about 40 minutes. They didn't come off as rude and they did ask me questions about my experiences, which seemed considerate. After that I met with another Account Manager right after them and she went over my resume with me. She then said I might meet with the team..she left the room and came back and told me not today. I was confused about that but I'm pretty sure the Director said no because they had already decided I was not a good fit. It was was pretty clear to me that they didn't look over my information at all before the interview but I tried selling myself as best as possible.

Interview
the interview process was very easy-going. They understand that college students have not done IT staffing before, so they are looking for young graduates eager to learn
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was contacted through LinkedIn to come meet with them during my university's career fair. I had a great experience with the recruiter at my school. However, it all went down hill from there. When I traveled to Chicago for the in person interview, I found the whole thing to be extremely awkward and unprofessional. I felt like they were looking to hire someone they wanted to party with as opposed to an employee. I was asked if I'm living up my senior year by going out all the time, where I was going on spring break, and one account manager literally used the phrase FOMO (fear of missing out). I haven't heard back and honestly I'm not upset about it. Seemed like a very strange work environment.
