I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2013
Interview
Started with a in person meeting set up at my college campus. Took twenty minutes and was offered a second interview at their downtown chicago office. The second interview was good met with 5 different people and they all asked pretty much the same questions. They are really looking for motivated sales people who are driven by making money. Had third round lunch interview that was conversational and pretty casual.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2013
Interview
Casual phone interview to set up a formal one-on-one interview. Lastly, a casual (social setting) one-on-one interview. The more energetic you are the better. Insight Global is looking for enthusiastic and young college graduates. The hours are long but worth it if you are committed and the sales manager is upfront about it during the interview.
