I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
The interview is brief - only about 20 minutes long, and the conversation is based on getting to know you - everyone in the office looks like a model, and my guess is that you have to be super outgoing AND gorgeous to even make it past the first interview. They don't care about qualifications - they want someone who can impress their clients. I wasn't impressed, and didn't even follow up.

Question 1
Why do you want to be in sales? (They hardly ask position-related questions)
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2012
Interview
There is first a phone screen followed by an in person interview which followed by a lunch with the office manager. Corporate recruiters say that 1:40 people that they intially screen get the job offer.

Question 1
There is not a most difficult question but it is a very conversational interview.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN) in Dec 2012
Interview
From the first interaction at the career fair, to receiving and accepting the offer, I can say this made my final semester stress free. There have been a ton of companies that I would meet, never hear back from in weeks or would have to go through 5+ interviews, but Insight Global made it a point to make sure I feel wanted the whole time. I loved that they made it seem easy and stress free, but at the same time competitive, so I knew I had to take each interview seriously. Overall, great process, great opportunity, already referring my friends, and will be here for a long time!!!

Question 1
The only hard situation is working around my class schedule and getting to Nashville from Tuscaloosa, but Insight Global was extremely flexible.
