I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL)
Interview
They recruit a lot of people using job fairs and career websites such as LinkedIn. I was approached by a couple of people and then had a phone interview. The phone interview went really well and the conversation was easy. That lead to an in person interview with 4 account managers that interviewed me one at a time. Again, great interview, I thought it went really well and then didn't get offered the job. I've heard it's a good company to work for, but they didn't tell me I wasn't offered the position until I contacted them.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. It was more of a conversation.

Interview
Had a phone interview with a corporate recruiter. she was very nice and set me up with an interview at an office. she said she would follow up before my interview and help me and give me more tips, but she didn't end up following up until a few days after my interview. The actual interview seemed super fake. The interviewer cared so much about making six figures and letting me know. It seemed like she had made up her mind about a minute into the conversation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online. We set up an interview and he called me three separate times before to see if I had questions. I went to the interview and it seemed to go very well, it was very conversational and lasted a while. I didn't feel like they took the interview seriously- one woman asked me the same question 3 times in a 10 minute period.
