Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

First had a short interview, which led to a 20 minute in person interview on my school's campus. Both interviews were very relaxed--more like a conversation between new friends. The interviewer just wanted to see the type of person you are. Didn't ask much about my experiences. I think they just wanted to make sure you had personality

Open ended conversation. Assessed if I would be appropriate for an account management position, rather than a recruiter position. I interviewed with 2 people and it was very comfortable. I was assured by recruiter that they just wanted to get to know me and that there would only be a few questions asked.
