I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Nashville, TN)
Interview
I had an interview with a recruiter after the career fair. It went well but they rushed my questions. I then was asked to come into the office for an onsite interview. When I got there, my recruiter wasn't even there nor did they call me to prep me (like I was told they would). They then put me in a room to wait while (I'm assuming) they found people to interview me. I was told that I would speak to 3 people and the sales manager. After speaking to the 2nd person, they said the interview was over. I drove 4 hours for a 20 minute interview. I never heard from my recruiter until I reached out to them. They then told me I did not get an offer. It was the most unorganized interview I have ever had.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
They could have cared less about my actual work experience, they wanted to know about my social skills and what I do on weekends (how does that effect my work capabilities?). In the interview; I did ALL the talking and the two managers just stared at me until I ran out of questions. I did not feel like I was interviewing for a job it was horrible and extremely awkward. The male also made sure to do a full head to toe look of me before leaving the interview. I heard they only hire size 0 perfect people(sorry I'm a 2) but that definitely confirmed what he was looking for!
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Initially I was not impressed by the corporate recruiter because he asked for my resume twice. Also, after numerous emails and five minutes after he called me for a phone screen, then he had no memory who I was. I went to the interview with an open mind, however. I was interviewed by post grads who had been given my resume five minutes before they met me. I was not asked any questions and was expected to ask them all of the questions and carry the interview. Overall, they need to prepare for these interviews more.
